Podopieczni w wieku 15-19 lat, wyłonieni w procesie kwalifikacji, pozostają pod opieką doświadczonych tutorów – studentów prestiżowych światowych uniwersytetów (m.in. University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, czy Harvard University).
