The Central and Eastern European Conference for Interdisciplinary Research
The Central and Eastern European Conference for Interdisciplinary Research (CEECIR) is taking place at Warwick this year! Its mission is to provide students with an opportunity to present their research about the region alongside renowned academics, practitioners, and change-makers. The event will be a rare opportunity for you to make connections and contribute to the development of an academic community concerned with the future of Central and Eastern Europe.
What will be discussed?
This is a new initiative with community partners from many leading British and European universities. Our conference is taking place on Warwick Campus and is hosted by the University of Warwick Polish Society. With its title – “Future of the UK – Central and Eastern Europe relations: commercial and technological partners or geopolitical allies?” – the agenda is all about how Britain is connected to the region. The topic is interdisciplinary and will be explored from many perspectives, ranging from tech, and economics, through political and social studies to arts. Students from every department and background will get a chance to promote their unique voices and expertise!
