Women’s Scholarship Program 2023

Kearney is committed to supporting ambitious and driven
women to build successful careers in management consulting.
We are offering one female student the opportunity to be the
Kearney Women’s Scholar for 2023 and an intern in one of
our Central Eastern European offices.

Scholarship details

The Kearney Women’s Scholarship Program is open to female
citizens or permanent residents of a Central Eastern European
country who are university students in or between their second
year of undergrad and final year of graduate study.

The Scholar will be provided with:

-Up to €10,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
-Mentorship from a senior female consultant

-A 10-week internship in one of our Central Eastern European
offices (Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Zagreb, or Warsaw)
-Access to all in-house training
