Investing in competences
The dynamically changing reality makes us realise how important it is to continuously develop our existing competences and acquire new ones. In cooperation with our partners, we organise a series of intensive workshops several times a year, to which we invite experts from various fields – business practitioners, journalists or academics. In small groups, giving the opportunity to establish direct contact with the leader, we talk and practise new practical skills. Among other things, we learn how to work more productively, how to think innovatively or how to communicate more efficiently with each other.
